Your First Visit
Building a confident and trusting relationship with every patient is our primary goal at Dove Family Dentistry. Addressing your dental needs, answering your questions and alleviating your concerns are our top priority.
We value your time as much as you do. We have expedited the paperwork process by having our forms available online. Please log into the Patient Portal, with the email you have on file with us, and fill out the forms online. Once completed, they will be submitted to our office for review and added to your patient file. By completing your paperwork prior to your visit, we can seat you promptly and complete a comprehensive exam on your first visit. Your new patient visit will include necessary x-rays, photographs, blood pressure, gum and cancer screening, an evaluation of your existing dentistry and any future dental needs. All our x-rays and photography are digital so we have immediate results for Dr. Vantramp to review with you during this appointment.
